Objectives

Objective

This is the program that will yield you the highest ROI cause the participants are not only trained on the concept but also asked to practice, their progress is reviewed and coached.

The program happens over four weeks with in-between breaks to provide time for the participants to follow the principles and techniques taught in the program. The participants apply the concepts taught in the program during the week, they experience success and also failure in the real world. They come back into the program and discuss real scenario which will help them get a clear picture of what they did right and where they went wrong. Once again with the loaded tools go back to following Emotional Intelligence in real world. This program is happening with intervals for a period of 28 days. By this time the participants strengthen their Emotional Intelligence (EI) muscle and that becomes part of them. The workbook and the coaching sessions ensure the concepts are sealed within the participants to help them make Emotional Intelligence prominent in their life.
