The pace of the training was right and the trainer involved all of us in the discussion. The videos and case study are more impressive and relevant for the topic. The topic is useful for me and I recommend this training for others who missed it. As a result of participating in the training I feel more confident in the area of Leadership and Team building. I feel it has made reasonable increase in my abilities within the job role.
